I had a large Japanese cedar that was full of dead branches, and it’s night and day difference now that it is cleared out. Pacific arboriculture is extremely professional. They were on time, safe, and cleaned up at the end. They removed a very large silver maple in a small backyard without damage to the house, fences, or lawn. They were a joy to watch as the four man team worked together seamlessly. At first I wanted to keep the tree, but the roots were a problem. Mitch the arborist that came out to access the tree was very understanding and gave great advice; giving options that I had not considered. Also the office lady that scheduled the tree removal was kind and worked to find a day sooner than was originally planned, which helped fit the needs. I recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

Had a pretty stellar experience start to finish all things considered. Absolutely phenomenal initial consultation. Reasonable quote. Attentive response and scheduling team. Professional workers that were respectful to the property, nice to chat with, helpful, and fun to watch. Great cleanup afterwards, even leaf blew the pathways. No complaints.To help put some perspective on the situation: I had 3 different ISA certified arborist companies come and tour the property. All 3 were very nice people that I enjoyed spending time with and offered their quotes for free. Each one had their own way of expressing their thoughts however they were all pretty much in line with one another as far as what NEEDED to be done.Here's why I chose Pacific Arboriculture: It's all because of one person, Brandon. Yes, Brandon. Overall the 3 quotes were all in the same ballpark. Brandon came out to do the initial walk of the property. He took his time walking all parts of the 0.5 acre and listened to my concerns and hairbrained ideas. He stopped at pretty much every single tree, of which there's probably 25+. He would give me a rundown of what species it is, how it's doing, what his recommendation was if he had any, what to look out for in the future, and compliments to the tree. Just giving overall well balanced feedback all while ENJOYING himself. Incredible! You could see the passion he has. It's so nice to bond with someone over a shared admiration. Not only excellent consulting, but hospitality on my own property! Don't every lose this guy. I really appreciate the tree pruning work they did around my home! I had a large maple tree that was starting to encroach over part of my roof and gutter system. They reduced the crown of the tree to alleviate this. They also trimmed down an ornamental tree and some basal/rootstock suckers that were surrounding this tree. Pacific Arboriculture recently trimmed the interior of my Douglas Fir, and also trimmed and fertilized a sickly Hemlock. A knowledgeable and professional team! Great service.Pacific Arboriculture was the second lowest of four quotes we received to remove five trunks from a seven-trunk tree and clean up the dead and dying branches from what was left.We chose them because Mitch was the only one who, when I asked, honestly gave me negatives to what were asking for what to do if that occurs. The other three places basically said "it'll be fine." This spoke to Mitch's honesty, knowledge, and care for the trees.The crew arrived within the arranged time-frame, got started quickly, finished quickly, and cleaned up the yard. The foreman was able to add on stump grinding to the final cost, because I forgot to ask for that. The guy doing the stump grinding finished and showed me what he had left, explaining he could go lower but it could potentially harm the roots. He also told me how to landscape over what was left of the stumps.I appreciated the safety gear each crew member was wearing: helmets with face-plates, built-in hearing protection, and built-in communication gear for them to speak to each other over the sound of the chainsaws, blowers, and various other loud equipment.Each of the crew members I spoke with - I think I spoke with three of the four crew - were friendly and helpful.I don't think I'll need this kind of service again, but if I do I'm likely to use Pacific Arboriculture. I highly recommend their services.
