Ryan Seeley

Ryan founded Pacific Arboriculture and has spent roughly 13 years in the tree care industry, building a company focused on professionalism, safety, and raising the standard of care in Washington. He is currently working toward his Master Arborist. Ryan loves solving complex tree problems, training team members, and building a culture that values both clients and crew. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and stepson, sporting events, and traveling. He originally planned to become a physician, but a seasonal tree job changed his path, and now he jokes he became a “tree doctor.”

Christine Brandt

Office Manager

With Pacific Arboriculture since 2020, Christine keeps the office running smoothly while making sure customers and team members feel supported every step of the way. She enjoys the mix of teamwork, problem-solving, and the day-to-day satisfaction of helping people.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her by the ocean, curled up with a good book, or making memories on family adventures. She also brings a background in cosmetology and small business growth, blending creativity with organization.

Amy Filovets

Client Intake Coordinator

Since March 2025, Amy has been one of the friendly first voices clients connect with at Pacific Arboriculture. She enjoys talking with customers, answering questions, and helping people feel taken care of from the start.

Outside of work, Amy likes hiking, pickleball, and getting in a good walk whenever she can. She’s also a matcha fan and is grateful to be part of a team she describes as dynamic and genuinely caring.

Jared Sweers

Crew Lead

With 10 years in the industry, Jared leads with calm confidence and a real love for the work. He’s an ISA Certified Arborist, an ISA Climber Specialist, an NCCCO swing-cab operator, and a CDL holder. Jared enjoys climbing, working outdoors, and the views from the canopy. When he’s off the clock, he’s usually with his kids, volunteering at church, working on projects at home, or taking his wife out to eat. He’s also hitchhiked nearly across the entire country.

Tom Larson

Crew Lead

Tom is a 10-year tree care veteran who thrives on the challenge of figuring out safe, effective solutions for each job. Now serving as a crew lead, he’s also an ISA Certified Arborist and takes pride in helping the team deliver clean, professional results. Outside of work, Tom plays guitar and tries to travel somewhere new whenever he can. If you hear the rumor about his pinky toes not touching the ground, it’s true.

Brandon P.

Brandon brings five years of hands-on experience across grounds work, plant health care support, and stump grinding. He holds ground technician and flagger certifications and loves the physical nature of the job, along with the camaraderie that comes from working with different crews. He also enjoys seeing the transformation from start to finish on every project. Off the clock, Brandon’s into good food, movies, hiking trails, sports, computer games, and a little Pokémon.

Jon Geiger

Climber

Jon has six years in tree care and loves that every day brings something different. He’s currently training for his ISA Certified Arborist credential, with plans to pursue TRAQ certification next. What drives him is the visible impact of the work and the satisfaction of transforming a customer’s property through skilled, professional service.

Outside of work, Jon’s a dedicated Panthers fan who enjoys camping, fishing, and climbing, and he’s big on spending time with his fiancée. He can also point out every country on a map and knows every U.S. capital.

Mark Morley

Climber

Mark has four years in tree care and approaches every job like a puzzle he can’t wait to solve. He’s certified as a TCIA Aerial Lift Operator and also holds CPR and EHAP training. Mark enjoys planning the most efficient, safe way to complete each project using ropes and the right tools for the situation.

Born and raised in Sitka, Alaska, he’s always had an outdoors-first mindset. When he’s not climbing, he’s rock climbing, lifting at the gym, hiking, off-roading, reading, painting, or writing poetry.

Cody David

Climber

With 12 years of tree care experience, Cody brings a steady, growth-minded approach to the crew. He enjoys the ongoing learning that comes with the work and is aiming to earn his arborist certification and crane operator license as he continues to advance.

Outside of tree work, Cody prioritizes family time and has a musical side too; he plays the banjo.

Chris

Apprentice Climber

Chris works as an apprentice climber and enjoys the physical side of the job and the pride that comes with putting in real effort outdoors. When he’s not on a jobsite, he’s usually chasing adrenaline or staying active, with interests like dirt bikes, football, and skydiving.

Chris is also straightforward about his long-term goals, and he’s currently building skills and experience while he figures out where the next chapter takes him.
