I had bids from several companies.  Pacific Arboriculture was not the lowest bid, but all the lower bids I received I am  not sure even knew what a tree was.  Pacific Arboriculture's bid was considerable lower than any of the other professional tree companies I dealt with.
Pacific Arboriculture provided the most competitive bid and their explanation of how they would tackle the project was exactly what I was looking for.  They trimmed 2 large oaks for me to get the deadwood out and remove limbs that were scraping the house and RV.  It was all done by climbing, no equipment to run over the lawn etc.    While the tree trimming part was impressive, the way they handled traffic coming by, safety procedures, the cleanup, the extra things they did was equally impressive.
The team of 4 that came were all friendly, work focused, and efficient in their job.
At the end of the day my trees looked wonderful, the yard and street were clean and when thy left you would be hard pressed to tell they had been there.

I reached out to 5+ arborist to get quotes and Ryan was the only one who not only showed up earlier but actually sent over the quote after our discussion. In addition, Christine was very helpful and talked through the process with excellent scheduling timelines. When the crew arrived on soon, they were friendly and got straight to business. Within less than an hour, the crew finished what they came to do and were as professional as they were when they arrived. I can't say enough good things, Ryan came to give a quote, was communicative, on time, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jared and his crew were on time as well, polite, and as my husband said "savage" up in the trees. Our 4yr old granddaughter was totally entertained watching them. They were definitely a well oiled machine! 5 trees taken out, stump ground, 1 birch and 3 large evergreens limbed up several feet, all within a couple hours and cleaned up.  Great Job everyone!
